Managing Director
Mr. Leong founded the Company in 1989 as a small business proprietor. His involvement in the PVC Shrinkable Film and Labels industry guided the Company to its current reputation offering solutions to customers both local and abroad. Many advanced plastic production processes and unparalleled manufacturing efficiency was able to be implemented through his management and visionary efforts.

Mr. Leong has vast working experience in the plastic production industry. Combining both technical expertise and operational skill sets, he overseas a large team of workers and engineers to ensure more sustainable production and management of cost efficiency.
MADAM ESTHER CHUA
Admin Director
With her extensive experience in managing different business functions across multiple departments, Madam Esther Chua provides the overall direction to the Company through planning, policy-making and coordinating a variety of activities. Her efforts have helped the Company improved in many ways and able to achieve ISO accreditations and awards.
